Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was wonderful, just a couple of blocks from Union Square and very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, however, were disappointing - small, dirty, and with issues like a leaking AC that made it uncomfortable. The staff, while generally nice and helpful, didn't handle the room problems well. The dining options were insufficient and the hotel lacked certain facilities, but overall, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat. The exceptional service made me feel truly welcomed and pampered. The central location was ideal for exploring the city, although dining options were a bit limited. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
The hotel offers clean and great value rooms, although there can be noise from nearby service areas at times. The location is perfect for sightseeing, especially considering the higher costs of other nearby hotels, but the presence of homeless individuals in the area is a downside.
The hotel has a great location, close to Union Square and offers good transportation options. The rooms suffered from street noise, but the staff provided excellent service. Dining options were adequate but could be improved. Price considered for the location.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I got was lovely, spacious, and had tons of closet storage, which was great. However, the location was a bit unsettling as it was close to a rough neighborhood with a lot of homeless people. The service was very welcoming and accommodating, but the dining experience turned out to be a nightmare due to a problematic individual I had to face every morning. Unfortunately, the room was a bit noisy being on the 2nd floor above the bar, and the staff's response to a maintenance issue was disappointing.
The hotel has a lovely decor in the rooms, although there was a persistent unpleasant smell that housekeeping tried to address with limited success. However, the lack of a microwave in the room was inconvenient for warming up outside food. The service was exceptional and very friendly, ensuring immediate resolution of any issues. The location is convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to Union Square, but there is a notable presence of homeless individuals in the vicinity. Overall, my stay was pleasant, with a few minor issues.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its incredible rooms packed with amenities, though they appeared smaller than in the photos. The service was exceptional, with the staff handling a mistake professionally and even providing a refund. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The dining experience was great, setting us up for the day with a comprehensive choice. Overall, I had a fantastic stay marred only by the room size discrepancy.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated, but the bathroom needed some attention. The size of the room was small but functional.
