The suite was super clean and cozy. The staff was attentive and friendly, offering prompt service. The adjoining restaurant, Bota Tapas & Paella Bar, had delicious food. I also liked that Union Square and the Warfield Theater are within walking distance from the hotel.
The TV in the room was very small. I have seen bigger TVs in other hotels.

I found A destination fee of $31 per day added to my bill to be sneaky. It felt dishonest. I was told it was standard for resorts, but this hotel is not a resort.

the staff were friendly enough during check-in.
i was placed in a room on the second floor and the loud music from the lobby and adjacent restaurant was unbearable. it started at 6:00 am and continued until 11:00 pm. i asked to be moved to a quieter room, but they claimed none were available. i didn't sleep well.

I loved the hotel location, especially its closeness to main attractions. The front desk staff were consistently friendly. The room was spacious and also very well maintained. I appreciated Nestor at the front desk. He was always very helpful.
The water pressure in the shower was quite low, impacting my overall experience.

The front desk staff helped load my luggage into my car. It was unexpected and so kind! the location is excellent. i could walk to many places. the room was beautiful, especially the fireplace. i really did feel charmed.
the room was a bit small, made unpacking luggage difficult. next time, i'll get a bigger room!
